Fine Food, Ales and Wines

At the bar we serve a wide range of beverages, ranging from over 60 different Whisky's, various cask ales, quality wines, fine continental largers and a full selection of soft drinks.

The tradition of good hospitality, fine food, ales, is still carried on today, with our new restaurant, offering the traveller a warm welcome and the prospect of a hearty meal. All our meals are cooked to order, to the highest standards, using fresh, local produce of the finest quality.

Our restaurant, which is non-smoking and caters for 55 people, is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers a varied menu using only the finest and freshest, local produce. Here you will find a good choice of traditional and wholesome food, which caters to all tastes and appetites along with a large selection of fine wines. We offer a separate children's menu, providing a relaxing and child friendly environment.

The New Holly also caters for coach parties and group bookings.
