We now have 6 new sumptuous B&B en suite bedrooms, providing luxurious comfort for your stay. Each room has a television, tea/ coffee making facilities, hair dryer and FREE Wi Fi. We feel sure you will enjoy a relaxing visit.

All the rooms, which are no smoking, are comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated to a high standard. They each have satellite colour televisions, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and FREE WiFi (internet connection).

We provide an excellent base for the Preston and Lancaster areas and are ideal for business meetings, as our location is a short drive from the M6 motorway.
